Yes, our telehealth platform (IntakeQ) is 100% compliant with HIPAA and other relevant government regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security.
Insurance and Pricing
Do you accept health insurance?
We currently do not accept insurance due to our transparent pricing and simplified processes.
We strive to keep our services affordable by offering transparent, flat-rate pricing. This approach eliminates surprise bills, co-pays, deductibles, and the often complicated and time-consuming process of navigating insurance claims.
By not dealing directly with insurance companies, we can focus on delivering our world class, cost-effective healthcare without administrative delays. This means quicker access to our healthcare providers and more time dedicated to patient care.
Can my insurance provider reimburse me?
While we do not bill insurance directly, many of our services may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance provider.
We can provide you with a detailed receipt or “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
How much does an appointment cost?
Costs vary depending on the type of service and the healthcare provider. Please check our Get Started page for specific rates.
All of our healthcare services are 100% flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans. We understand that it may be difficult for some patients to cover the full cost of their care upfront. Our flexible payment options are designed to help make healthcare more accessible and affordable for everyone.
We partner with Healthcare Financing of America (HFA) to offer our patients an option for 0% interest financing for up to 12 months.
Weight Loss Program
Do I have to join a membership program?
No, we do not have a membership program. We prioritize transparent, straightforward pricing without hidden fees or complicated tiered plans.
By keeping our pricing flat-rate and simple, our patients can easily see what they are paying for and make informed decisions about their healthcare.
What's the difference between the monthly and 3-month plan?
Both of our weight loss packages offer flat-rate pricing, no matter what dose of medication you’re on.
The difference is the amount of prescription weight loss medication you receive.
- With the monthly plan, you receive 1 vial per month.
- With the 3-month plan, you receive 1 vial per month but get 2 extra weeks of medication FOR FREE.
How do I know which medication is right for me?
During your telehealth appointment, your healthcare provider will take the time to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and any current medications you are taking. This is the first step in identifying the most appropriate medication.
How do I contact my healthcare provider if I have questions or concerns?
